World’s Best Technologies Platinum Award

An Oceanit spin-off, Ibis Networks Inc. (rebranded in 2020 to WattIQ) beat out over 70 presenters across four verticals to take home top honors – the Platinum Award – at the 2013 World’s Best Technologies Innovation Marketplace conference in San Diego in October. A panel of judges, comprised of investors, licensees, and commercialization experts, reviewed the energy, life sciences, and IT & software projects and presented Platinum, Gold and Silver awards based on the strength of the commercialization opportunity for each technology.
